December

Project Healthy Grandparent

Gifts and donations due by December 1

Each year the WRC participates in holiday gift giving for Project Healthy Grandparent a program that supports grandparents who are raising their grandchildren. Grandparents become caregivers and second-time parents for many reasons, and these issues cross socioeconomic and racial lines. Because many of the grandparents are on a fixed income and the holidays are difficult for them to manage, we want to help bring them some holiday cheer!

Please contact Colleen Riggle at colleen@gatech.edu if you’d like to participate.
